Samuel Loiseau is Client and Business Development Director. In this role, he oversees the customer life cycle, journey and experience, marketing, and brands, and is responsible for the drivers of commercial development (omnichannel business development, pricing, merchandising, and store concept).
A graduate of the ESSEC business school, Samuel Loiseau has led marketing, digital, and commercial departments in various sectors, where multi-channel customer relations, understanding of customers, and brand consideration were at the heart of the issues and business model. He has been responsible for the SFR brand, the SFR network of stores, and the e-commerce and marketing business unit within the PMU executive committee. He joined Fnac Darty in 2019 to drive sales development, namely the omnichannel commercial advancement of products and services, merchandising, and pricing.
